Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned exactly as received: unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Items must also be returned in their original packaging, as the packaging is considered part of the product. When returning an item by mail, please place the item and its corresponding original box inside another solid carton box to protect the original packaging from damage. Preferably, use the original outer packaging used to ship your order.

Each item must be packed properly and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit. WERK is not responsible for items damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Returns must be delivered directly to our return address and must not be sent to a nearby pick-up point or parcel shop.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will also not be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

WERK reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
